KOL Limited is the worst company you can possibly get into. The company lacks work culture, has no regards for employees and their contribution, gives zero importance to learning and skill development, and hinders your growth as a professional. The employer expects to be called ma'am and lectures about corporate culture in her fake UK accent but fails to follow corporate norms herself. The company is based in Jaipur. I don't understand why it is called a London-based agency!

Dislikes

There is no policy in the company. If an employee quits for a better opportunity, she will not give a release letter and salary, but she will make that person serve a notice period. She follows her rules and her ways because she is Ma'am, the Employer. It's a horrible place for anyone who wants to grow in his/her career. Do not join KOL. The company has nothing to offer to employees except salary, which comes after the 15th of the month. You will not get a payslip, which also indicates that it is not a registered company.

Some of the employees were supportive. The work pressure wasn't too much.

Dislikes

...inistration that an employee deserves. The company works on the mood of the CEO. The company offers nothing but salary, which is the bare minimum. I was told that "working from home is a privilege" during the pandemic. Thus, there is no point in taking leave! I was made to work for other department that wasn't remotely related to my work profile. Some of the employees love to micromanage everything. They will send you screenshots if you are not active for more than 15mins on your Skype or don't reply to messages right away. During my tenure in the company, I saw people getting verbally abused by the CEO for the slightest of mistakes. She fired an employee when she took leave to get her brain tumor operated. In another instance, when an employee decided to resign, she didn't provide her last month's salary. The CEO thinks she is doing a 'favor' by providing jobs and salaries to people. Even after repeatedly requesting an increment after a year of hard work, she didn't respond to anything. One of the worst work cultures I have ever witnessed or been a part of.
