Good wark environment and culture. Temamates are supportive and the management is transparent. company policies are good ..company traveling . Madical all good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salry hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address or issues. salary is decent but career growth s slow. On the job tranning is not given to new joinees

...eshers are good opportunities to get learn good knowledge for a better operator. And salary is also good. And last safety is very must in our company and everyone take care of it.

Dislikes

Here compensation is decent, but it takes more time. As usual the work load is little high at end of every month. Supervisor are not understand the condition of worker that they are able or not to work extra time.

Global MNC. Good salary and expenses are timely paid.

Dislikes

Too much unnecessary pressure. No authority to take any decisions to close the business. It is completely system driven organisation with all the power in the hand of HO people. Be there in the market, you feel helpless. Every now and then products got obsolete. Upcountry market presence is very pathetic. No pricing support for project business.

...as told at time of interview, but nothing fulfilled.....very poor organisation. joining bonus not given.cliams are by given on time, Leaves benefits are not given.

Company policy, company commitment a time of interview not fullfilled, no support from HR team, No Work life balance, too much area is given that wasn't discussed at time of interview.
