There is nothing that u will like to work here. Always feel insecure. U always be criticize by your superior. Late night meetings after your whole day shedule. Groups of people in each department try to push downside others. No HR policy for employees to feel work here.

... Forcing People to stay after working hours Union involvement in each factor. Salary is less and u will feel poor when compare to other company of same segment.

...ance. 11. No Onsite opportunities as like in past when it was previously VW. 12. Skoda has very cheap thinking everywhere there is cost cutting.

1.Partiality in increments.New joinies will not get increment in subsequent years reason because they have give good salary hike while they joined. 2. Unfair practices in increments.if somebody in your group having low salary than you then your increment will be very less and rest will be given to bring other people to your level. 3.HR does not give market corrections. 4. Salary band is very low. 5. lot of politics and favourism. 6. No promotions at all 7. Don't join on external payroll.contract worker like treatment given to extrnal payroll even if he is engineer (separate gate entry, separate punching, checking bags all time, not all systems access given).

1. Located outside from city which increases travel time by 1 to 1.5 hours. 2. Less increments and salary as per market. 3. lobbying and favourism, no chance for intelligent people. 4. Lot of politics and HR has very little role to play. 5. Ethics is on paper only 6. Growth is almost negligiable.

Regardless of the hierarchy, if you want to learn, it is the great place to be.
