There is nothing that u will like to work here. Always feel insecure. U always be criticize by your superior. Late night meetings after your whole day shedule. Groups of people in each department try to push downside others. No HR policy for employees to feel work here.

Treatment to employee by superior. Criticise people Forcing People to stay after working hours Union involvement in each factor. Salary is less and u will feel poor when compare to other company of same segment.

For expert category employees payscale is less that 40-50% that market High level of politics within Czech HoD's. They are least bother about company's future and zero vision. Lack of communication at every level from top bosses till working level employees. Experienced employee says it's another Force Motors.
