Additionally, it would be beneficial if the salary structure for Production Supervisors could be reviewed, as their pay is currently lower compared to operators. There is nothing that u will like to work here. Always feel insecure. U always be criticize by your superior. Late night meetings after your whole day shedule. Groups of people in each department try to push downside others. No HR policy for employees to feel work here.
