...d team leaders. HR does not know anything about the new processes on the floor . Except salary issues HR is good for nothing here . They will tell to report any kind of bully or mis behaviour by the seniors and promise not to disclose your name , but unfortunately it's a trap , they will tell the manager secretly which agent raised the complaint and after that within a week you are forced to resign or terminated with the help of their favourite tool Quality Team. Leave policy is absolutely crap , no matter how many leaves you have in your bucket , getting a leave approved is a challenge. In short to survive in this company you will have to pretend to be happy and friendly with all TLs and managers . If someone is still planning to join this firm, get ready to sell your self respect and precious time .

Job security is good a good place for freshers, management is good supportive. Policies of the company is also good

Salary expectations- no salary growth it should be improved like after a year or 6 months salary should be increased and for experienced candidates it should b high than a fresher one. And promotion should be given to deserving candidates.

...pany. Client give 35000 per seat but company provide only 7000 to the employees. Agent cannot survive in 7000 so i request to company please give some salary increase to the employees so that agent do work in the company with the dedication and continous efforts. In addition , company not provide some kind of other festival like (DIWALI to the employees. TL every time says that focus only work

Work Environment and team leaders are very friendly and supportive. I have learnt most of my practical knowledge from my team leader and manager starting from basic excel knowledge to handle the peer pressure to balancing work life.
