Worst company of IT specifically there don’t prefer the experience over salary. Worst Manager Mr.Sandeep Chandi (IT) and Tarun Jain, keep urself always from him if you want to have an career in that company. He doesn’t prefer girls for IT just bcz they can’t stay at night.

Worst IT dept Manager, Worst DB team leader, Worst IT team director don’t complain else they will make you leave forcefully.

I had joined Kochar Tech Company in 2020, if I'm talking about work culture then it's great. All the workers and senior leads are supportive and company management and policies are also match with requirements of any organisation.

It is one the best companies in Amritsar which provide the salary on right time.

Job security is good a good place for freshers, management is good supportive. Policies of the company is also good

Salary expectations- no salary growth it should be improved like after a year or 6 months salary should be increased and for experienced candidates it should b high than a fresher one. And promotion should be given to deserving candidates.
