* Flexible timings (even though center pushes for 5 day working). * Pay is competitive in IT but not so in Finance * Show that you know/practice PBM and work can take a back seat, bad news it shall make you non hirable in the market.

...voluntary? * Leadership doesnt understand the diff between use and abuse of PBM. Its funny that you can use the same culture conversation to give someone a huge pay and also throw someone out, just need to be a good speaker. *Multiple leadership changes across levels that happen overnight, which changes the dynamics of the team. *One could wake up to realize they have been fired on the same day, without notice/ or compensation. * I heard there were good number of employees from the HR team who left all of a sudden in the same way. Its only their third party hiring that is permanent.. * The leadership isnt able to manage the center dynamics and just portray a happy picture to any leader when they come up... The reality is diff behind close doors. * Supervisors/Leaders live in constant fear than techies, as they arent even sure if someone is carving a path for them to be thrown out.

...e experience then job security is less as they will replace you with freshers. No Bonus No work from home will be allowed. It is strictly restricted. Company don't care what the shit is happening in your life. By hook or crook you have to come to office.
