...ays during month end. No extra benefits, No Townhall or quarterly appreciations. You will get only your Salary. If you work overtime also they are not ready to give comp off now. Management started to say no budget. For name sake it's capitive but full of BPO culture.

Salary is good but now they are hiring only below 6 lac per anum package people..it’s terrible

Heavy politics, cost cutting is going on simply torturing employees and making them to quit no work life balance

If you are a normal contributor for which role you are hired then you are not gonna get any hike, unless you are a margin contributor.

...e experience then job security is less as they will replace you with freshers. No Bonus No work from home will be allowed. It is strictly restricted. Company don't care what the shit is happening in your life. By hook or crook you have to come to office.
