Only Salary structure and Company architecture

Dislikes

No proper work culture and work envoirnment.. No skill development and no work allocation based on skill matrix To much micro-management and Manager oriented company where whtever your manager provide you a work whether you like it or not..you have to do..even you sare not ineteredted.. you can not stick to single project till it finish..frequent changes and jumpo from one project to another ...

Flexible working hours and if team lead and project is good work life balance is also good. It is best company for those who are at the end of their career as per work life balance as it not hectic work most of the time.

The work culture and inclusiveness is excellent. Technical exposure, Ownership of work is provided which is great to explore and develop as engineers.

Dislikes

Salary benefits are not as per the market and market corrections made are very less and includes bond for very small amounts like 50k. The managers and project leaders are not very technically proficient and this often leads to mediocrity and less appreciation of good technical work.

You have better job security compared to local industries.Free transport and average appraisals.

Dislikes

There are no equal pay policy at same level position.You can find huge variations between the same grade pay. The work load also vary from person to person,some are overburdened and some are at leisure. The shift timings are very long,company makes you work for 48 hrs in 5 days.Most of the things are confidential,and people are very reluctant to sharing up knowledge. Career growth depends on how well you can bond up with HOD. The HR Dept is just for show up & everything is directed to HOD. Appraisals are average around 10% inspite of company growing at rate of approx 35%. Politics is high & people believe in passing the buck.
