Little work life balance only.

Dislikes

Not good pay scale. Not good for learning. Most important point => Management is so cleaver, about signs bonds knowingly/Unknowingly, simply by playing with you, providing increment with condition that "if you leave before 3 years then all your increment will be recovered". So funny, they thing we are technical guys, and won't able to understand there game !

The work culture and inclusiveness is excellent. Technical exposure, Ownership of work is provided which is great to explore and develop as engineers.

Dislikes

Salary benefits are not as per the market and market corrections made are very less and includes bond for very small amounts like 50k. The managers and project leaders are not very technically proficient and this often leads to mediocrity and less appreciation of good technical work.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Dislikes

No proper work culture and work envoirnment.. No skill development and no work allocation based on skill matrix To much micro-management and Manager oriented company where whtever your manager provide you a work whether you like it or not..you have to do..even you sare not ineteredted.. you can not stick to single project till it finish..frequent changes and jumpo from one project to another ...
