Nothing much to be liked about company except I am getting good salary.

Dislikes

1) No promotion & very average appraisal 2) Location - It is work from office and location makes it very difficult to commute. Can facility is also available for selected location. 3) Work life balance is 0 4) No facilities for the employee - canteen food is very bad, no microwave, canteens have very bad tastes & no fresh items.

No proper work culture and work envoirnment.. No skill development and no work allocation based on skill matrix To much micro-management and Manager oriented company where whtever your manager provide you a work whether you like it or not..you have to do..even you sare not ineteredted.. you can not stick to single project till it finish..frequent changes and jumpo from one project to another ...

Flexible working hours and if team lead and project is good work life balance is also good. It is best company for those who are at the end of their career as per work life balance as it not hectic work most of the time.

Good for technical growth. Many trainings are arranged by company. On time salary. Hybrid structure permanently.

Dislikes

Management is not good, focus on food instead of compensation. Management failed on its own commitments. Incorporated bad HR policies like bonds for many things like offshore travels, trainings and retention bonus. Travel policy is horrible. Truck department has budget issues for retaining good employees. No timely promotions.
