Job security: without any prior notice they will terminate you in a single day and they don't pay any extra amount it will be difficult for you to survive. They don't care for these (you know what I want to say here😉). THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING THIS BECAUSE THEY CONSIDER YOU AS FAMILY !! 😂 One thing to note here is that now knoldus is a part of nashtech. And all that I have mentioned above has become worse than before.

There is a long-term bond of at least 2 years that you need to sign, so it turns out to be difficult if one wants to switch the company in between.
