...e If they will got there appraisal. So please don't expect appraisal from them. Job security: without any prior notice they will terminate you in a single day and they don't pay any extra amount it will be difficult for you to survive. They don't care for these (you know what I want to say here😉). THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING THIS BECAUSE THEY CONSIDER YOU AS FAMILY !! 😂 One thing to note here is that now knoldus is a part of nashtech. And all that I have mentioned above has become worse than before.

... it really means it. 1. People and Culture Team is always there for your help 2. You will always get your salary on time. 3. Mentors and Seniors are very Supportive 4. You are not constrained to come office regularly.

There is a long-term bond of at least 2 years that you need to sign, so it turns out to be difficult if one wants to switch the company in between.
