"Learning"I've learned more about cars, means i started as a car evaluator my job is to evaluate cars under our company's 150 check points criteria then to quote price for the car. As an automotive engineer i learnt more about cars here than what i learned in my colleges,and as a sales manager i learnt about 'negotiation' to be frank i learnt reality.

Dislikes

The only thing i dislike about KM Cars overall is career growth and innovation. i always wanted to learn new things and to create anything innovative, this good of me helps to achieve this sales manager position from a car evaluator in a period of one year time. where KM Cars is a start up company and as a sales manager now i felt my career growth rate is at very slow pace.
