No such kind of increment, promotion and bonus. Do your job and also don't expect to be your salary on time, it's always 2-3 months late.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times I do receive apprecitation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals Also there is no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

As per my experience at KMC Constructions ltd it is a very good platform for freshers. If you are a fresher and got selected then you must join KMC because you get plenty of exposure and experience. When I joined Kmc they alloted me my site after one month of joining and there were no seniors so I learnt a lot from there and felt very responsible.I had to handle everything on site.But again I want to say that don't stay to long at KMC.

Management is very poor.Salary is not regular and increment process is also worst.

There is nothing to like in this company. They hire engineers because engineers are cheap. They can't give salary. Only employees who work for this company are useless. They can't find better job that's why they are working.

Dislikes

It's a fraud company. The owner of the company is a minister, but CBI is behind him. They can't provide salary on time. You can get hardly 7 months salary in a year. Increments is impossible in KMC. But if you are old enough and you have nothing to do in your life, you just want to sleep at office and get salary for doing nothing. This is ideal for you. They basically don't take interview. You will see 90% of employees are saying they are relative to the owner. That's the main reason because the employees don't make any agitation. They are very faithful to their lord and too much grateful for getting job with salary that they don't deserve.
