It is Working type office. I had dream of those fancy corporate office, but given the learning and exposure I got in the Kloudspot, I will any time forgo those big fancy offices.

They don't respect employee and also there is so much inner politics.. even you have worked hard but they don't understand and never increase your salary according to your work.. so please don't join this

1. Flexible work timings. 2. Opportunities to learn a lot as it uses high-end tech stack. 3. Exposure to various projects and domains. 4. Snacks, tea and coffee everyday provided during work hours.

Dislikes

1. Lack of proper hierarchy management. 2. Multiple projects leads to confusion. 3. Salary hikes not based on experience or talent. 4. Special recognition will be given to those who have good connections with management. 5. Improper requirements every time and last minute deadlines. 6. Office polities create a negative work environment. 7. High work pressure sometimes lacks work-life balance.

Dislikes

Insisting on coming to office everyday during a pandemic. Too much work load. Uncultured and rude leadership. Leads who are on leave most of the time and pass on work to others. Often have to work on weakends due to lack of clarity and coordination.
