Cons: So many. Only primaries and that is it. No employee engagement activities. Small company with limited to no employee benefits.

English speaking environment. 30 days of vacation. Interviews were not difficult.

Dislikes

Toxic manager with poor management skills. Not paying enough attention to the new employee. Confusion with job position. HR confusion. Not telling beforehand about moving of the office. Office is old fashioned and dirty and it is very cold there. Employees have to clean their dishes. Zero benefits. Zero cybersecurity. Old fashioned reports and tools. Poor training.

Good work life balance, work culture is good, permanent work from home, opportunities to learn and grow, and constant trainings and learnings via Coursera and other sources provided by the company.

I have not liked this company at all. I have joined the company becuase I like business management consulting. And I thought working for a small American global company would be a huge learning experience. I was wrong and therefore my verdict on this company for jobseekers is a strict "No".
