- HR in Mumbai is Con artist. - Company have "Typical" Bond culture even if they send employees overseas for work purposes (they never send overseas for training it's just the scam they running to hold you for next 2 years) - Always threaten you and trying to get money out of the employees if you are planning to switch and even if you have given interview and didn't joined they asked for money from you.

Good company.. Most of the people and managers are helpful. Products r good. Career growth is also there.

The CEO Mr. Sridhar and the HR Mr. Vikas are the reason for this pathetic work culture. They both try to micomanage everything and ends up ruining the employee's work and they eventually loose faith.

No support managers in working. Wen u leave from office on time you will get to hear why u r leaving so early. As if u wait today and all the companies turnover will be done. Hugh job insecurity.

There is a lot of politics and biasing. Management also doesn't address our issues. HR demotivates rather than motivating the employees.
