Good Lab facilities with innovative integrated labs. Moreover, infrastructure is excellent.

Dislikes

... 20%, Administrative work is 40%, accreditation work is 20% and research is 20%. Salary structure is very low and underpaid for whatever we work.

To much pressure on reasearch work without any proper guidance. Half yearly goal achivement evaluations are partial. Many more.
