Nothing i like in this company.

Dislikes

You have to work morning 9am to 8/9pm all days. No leaves. Salary increment only given to you, if you are a dog of GM/PM/Senior. Culture is very bad. On every project of klc construction your value is zero the used abous words with you. If you came 5-10 min late everyone observed but no one observed you are going home late.

Klc construction not support covid-19 in lockdown the company only giving me that balance when I am in duty

Dislikes

Increment facility is very poor because I am working 1 year 6 month but my increment is not accepted.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of team that site engineer and has a global client based. As a result, i learn about bbs formwork . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds , and we work happily on site. i also like employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

the work pressure is very high. sometimes i have to work 15-18 hours as i have to attend client calls into the night also. manager don't value the unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
