a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Nothing i like in this company.

Dislikes

You have to work morning 9am to 8/9pm all days. No leaves. Salary increment only given to you, if you are a dog of GM/PM/Senior. Culture is very bad. On every project of klc construction your value is zero the used abous words with you. If you came 5-10 min late everyone observed but no one observed you are going home late.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of team that site engineer and has a global client based. As a result, i learn about bbs formwork . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds , and we work happily on site. i also like employee re hire policy here.

the work pressure is very high. sometimes i have to work 15-18 hours as i have to attend client calls into the night also. manager don't value the unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
