Compensation is decent,but growth is very very slow. Work pressure depends in situation.Managee Do not value an individual's unique quality or strength. Rough politics, also their is no on job training so it's became painful.

Less wages as compared to similar organizations. No bus facility. Poor canteen service and you have pay for that.
