The company is full of Donkeys selected by VP to secure his throne but they are forgetting one Lion is enough to frighten them.

The email which KKR got showed it's really easy to reach all of you. That email should be an eye opener that how the VP and his donkeys won't be able to survive here for long. Some of them are even reaching out to the HRs of other companies so that they can be escaped from this Donkey slavery soon. We're also hearing that the egoistic VP is all set to reach out to cyber security team so as to know who has sent them the email but he doesn't know that he would be only trapped by doing these. People are free to voice their own opinion. Mr. VP thinks he is the king and he can make everyone silent but doomsday is near for him. Lets suppose even if you catch them, what will you do? You can't do anything but they can put a case against you and the so called company for the mental trauma , agony and nepotism. KKR will be in global news but all for the bad reasons that so many employees have spoken against the malpractices of the company. Every one would be knowing how VP and his aides are framing employees in the false cases. Can you imagine the amount of shame and hatred you will receive? You can't as you don't know anything outside of your so called waterfall distribution method in which you get wet everyday. You need to attend to some world class business school to understand how to deal with agitating employees. You've destroyed Wipro and KKR but please don't move to other companies. Also, don't open your company as people would happy to be starved but not to work with you. Also, the Donkeys who are guarding him, kindly don't take curses of people. You've a lot more future ahead of you. Please don't run behind him now and then.

People are finance vp but the main problem is in operations. Most of its leaders are from cognizant and all they care about is promoting there culture of internal politics. Be it treasury team where the management openly supports the ex cogni employees and in every ops team every cogni employees is treated far better than ey counterpart .During my time in the organisation there were 3 senior managers for one team(not hired on merit ,just because they were in process) and all they did the whole day was plan seating arrangement for everyone. I talked with one of the ex employees and she told that these managers dont care about process because they dont know process all they care about is being slave to onshore . Client team/kcm/ido is also full of internal politics where cogni employees are preferred for higher roles and recognition than there ey counterparts.all management worries is of cogni employees.

Dislikes

1) Employee 2) Neither Educational Qualification nor experience is considered here. 3) Nepotism. Recent designation changes. 4) Employee feedback is not being taken. 5) Lack of managerial skill sets as under qualified with low exposure are placed at higher designations. They think micro management & show off are the only skills to manage. 6) To grow here you need to lick boots of managers. 7) Blackstone employees hired without interview process in the name of same activity they did is absolutely wrong. As they entered without filter now spreading toxic culture in whole organisation. 8) NY management is not taking any action. Proper scrutiny should be done otherwise god knows what will happen to its brand image. 9) Best talent are here for short term. Some had left & many to leave in nearby future. 11) Everyone is blaming AP but he is a very good person. The only sin he did is to favour known Wipro employees. He should treat all employees equally.
