...aming arcade for chilling. There is no Company policy it depends on owners mood. They don't have to pay good salary hike. Salary of employees in different Feild is very nominal. No bonus, no gratuity & no any allowance for employees. It's not company it's like big shop

It's la-la type company, there is no future, if you have potentia/skill you can convert in result yourself no guidance from management. As far company policy there is no policy because company is like big shop. They want to grow themselves but don't interest in growth of employees. No job security you can expel anytime if they don't want to continue you either you have given so many years to comany

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
