It's la-la based company. There isn't good work environment. Teammates plays politics and management does not support to employees. If you have talent & potential you can survive otherwise no support from management. Owners think for themselves growth they don't have interest to employees growth. There is no cafeteria & gaming arcade for chilling. There is no Company policy it depends on owners mood. They don't have to pay good salary hike . Salary of employees in different Feild is very nominal. No bonus, no gratuity & no any allowance for employees. It's not company it's like big shop...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
