friendly managers, no politics, job security.

Dislikes

lot of work pressure. salary will not be credited on time. salaries are very low and growth is very less. not a good place for beginners as they continue you as Trainees for years and dont take you on roll unless you have completed 2 years. i quit because scope of learning and salaries are low since this is a third party company and they focus on business instead of employee benefits.

No likes Nothing KJS Is worst every company where there is no job security and no employee oriented factory HR is not supportive worst organisation
