No hybrid work culture. Atleast 2 days from home. but even after office they says go home and complete the things they want everything in one day. Attendance regularisation is the worst thing, they play worst politics and take advantage of that also.

Management is the worst. They don't follow proper process. Increment and variable pay is the worst. The company doesn't value employees.
