No variable Pay ( 0 transparency ) No hikes appraisal ( 0 transparency) Micromanagememt Manager ( use abusive and disrespect the employee, does the employee exploitation Calls anytime no working hors protocol 9.30 to 6.30. Sends mail on saturday and sunday and expect to work on weekends also without incentive ). Company is devaluing their brand name because of such managers who exploits their people. No hybrid work culture. Atleast 2 days from home. but even after office they says go home and complete the things they want everything in one day. Attendance regularisation is the worst thing, they play worst politics and take advantage of that also.

If someone wants to learn and gain more knowledge in core development, than this company is good. Here you will have hand ok experience in core development will will help you for personal growth. If your aim is gaining knowledge and hands on then you can go ahead with this company.

Management is the worst. They don't follow proper process. Increment and variable pay is the worst. The company doesn't value employees.

Environment is kind of good because it is in mindspace premises, so you will encounter lots of activities for employees, apart from this colleagues are good helping in nature

Salary hike, no increament, extra hours working, Saturday working

Payment is very less but it is on time, last working day of every month.

No increments for 2 years, They also not pay performance pay. In application support management is very poor & Not supportive. Don't go for support role.

Nothing, Except Hybrid Model, which also partially allowed. Good Salary, until u don't know others from your team

...t from BA or client. No Stability in Change or Requirements. Micro Management. No Variable Pay, No Increment in 2 Yr No Transparency with employees. Huge HR team but they don't have any idea when you ask any questions.
