...ican model of functioning.Kitex provides all type of securities to their staff .Good working environment, high salary package, free food & accommodation, additional bonuses etc are the high lights.That's why I prefer to work in Kitex always.

They are not giving any support to their staff during lock down. Actually majority of staff are now job less and Company does not paying any salary.

Dislikes

They abandoned their staff when this crisis fall up on us. They don't care about their employees.
