Bad environment no support from management company policy are too bad

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I didn’t like anything in kissht finance. Worst company ever.

Dislikes

Worst company ever, No job security, In kissht finance manager and other team leaders talk roudly, They cut my 50% salary every month. In joining letter they mention my salary 15000 per month but in reality they gives me only 6000-7000 per months. They didn’t give fuel charges. No job security.

I'm from raipur my experience in this company is very very bad. No budy resposible for salary. All India one office at Mumbai . They r desided you are in tha company or not. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
