Company is good salary on time bt there is many partiality and politics bcz i always gives my 100% to this company as well worked here many time for 12hrs & my AM

They removed me without any reason without any proof not given a single mail of my mistake i was asked many times bt didn't tell and suddenly i got call from my new TL he has called at 12 Am and said you are terminated i don't like New AM n TL

It's a good company for earning management is not correct not providing proper facility to employees but good salary hike with incentives

Dislike about management and no facilities and no igp for employes

They have very basic issues which clear and precise communication within management. Sr. Management works as per their whims and fancy. They do follow rules and regulations and are even considerate towards people but the place lacks decipline and learning. Individual growth is not there you might title but you will keep doing same work. Good food, they have transportation but its hardly of any use.

Collection executives working in Kissht finance have no value whereas we are the ones who collect money from the customers and deliver it to the company

For the first time I have seen such a company where instead of increasing the salary, it has been reduced. These people do not know how to run their household

This company provides good salary scale at lower education for the normal people so it is beneficial to highest graduate and lower education people.

This company not provided any pressure control system for the executive.
