Bad environment no support from management company policy are too bad

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I'm from raipur my experience in this company is very very bad. No budy resposible for salary. All India one office at Mumbai . They r desided you are in tha company or not. They have very basic issues which clear and precise communication within management. Sr. Management works as per their whims and fancy. They do follow rules and regulations and are even considerate towards people but the place lacks decipline and learning. Individual growth is not there you might title but you will keep doing same work. Good food, they have transportation but its hardly of any use.
