...f stagnation after 2 years, as you feel there is nothing new for you to learn 5. Very minimal salary hike, as good as getting peanuts 6. Decision making - Management has went through lot of change hence no stability now which has created havoc in the middle and lower level employees. 7. HR has not evolved even though the organization is very old and one most reputed brands in India. 8. No career growth - People joins the organization on the same grade and leave at the same grade 9. No trainings related to personality or skills development are taken as a result the employees lose their enthusiasm, zeal, morale and motivation to work.

Dislikes

People who are entry level were treated for granted by senior managers and AGMs. Bad Office politics and especially in Office Plant female employees were treated badly. Managers flirts and misuse of POSH. No Job security. Very poor HR policy. Even HRs dont have freedom of taking decisions.

Poor work culture, people use to say " this is not my work", higher level bosses are using company benefits in wrong ways but not allow their subordinate to facilitate any company benefits. Increment in range of 6-8% only.

...ment is very poor. No market support and it's blank ideas to execute market. Low salary & huge traveling across region. Salary benifit is very poor and promotion is not expected.
