Employees have also reported delay of 1 to 2 months in final settlement, which appear to be a deliberate strategy to inconvenience former staff. Overall, the company might not be the best fit for individuals seeking role in HR, or OD, due to these ongoing issues .

In sales in the name of incentives, they plays with your salary. Also toxic environment is there, no one will listen to you. No new learning, but yes you will get a lot of certification in 'STRESS'.

Politics, no focus on business growth, only plant head runs the show and dictate instructions irrespective of your opinion. Too much disrespect/abusive behaviour in front of other employees by plant head. Promotions based on your terms with plant head and not on your skill, work and talent. No technical work only presentation and paper work.
