Company is good if u learn on ur own.
Dislikes
Equality issue among the employees. Some employees get very good benifits where some employees get poor salary benifits. Rigid company for internal recruitment. Poor training facilities. Not on time promotion if department size is big. Man oriented biased company.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The company adherence to its code of ethics has been questioned, it is more a formality then a practice. High level of politics have been observed at CHRO and HOD level, with some employees reportedly Engauge in psychopathic behavior to secure their position, often at the expense of other's career. It is also surprising that younger leadership at promotor level has seemingly endorsed such practice, leading to loss of focus on culture. over the past year, more than 12 corporate HR professionals, including those in leadership role, have left the organization under the current CHRO leadership. Remaining team members appear to be engaging in similar behavior to protect their own position, anticipating opportunities elsewhere.
