Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I think they are fraud. They open office @home without any company board. In interview :- told salary 18k-20k. Aftr few days HR:- calling manytimes morning/evening Convince me first 8k then 10k as part time. 30th may I went to the office HR collected all documents.nxt day 31st may my joining 1st day my cabin in basement wherever Director Pallavi Aggarwal sits.i shocked there is no system where design software(solidworks) installed.i carry on my design work on my laptop aftr some laptop hanged many times. 12th of june they fired me without any reason. Very disappointed n disrespectful company. Still i don't have official joining /resigning letter. I have only printout copy aftr begging for joining letter many times original ones.she told me you are in trail. I travelled 2 hours journey daily via metro. Jabtak aapko original company letterhead ke sath joining letter nhi milega don't join them.
