Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Very bad culture and environment is there. No rules and regulations. I resigned by serving 2 months notice but my salary for 1.5 months plus gratuity still due, even after so many mails and calls they did not respond.

...followed there. I resigned on 14 Aug by serving 2 months notice but still my 1.5 month salary and gratuity are due even after so many mails and phone calls then did not respond.

As a fresher in foreign accounting it is good to start from Kiran Foreign Trade. One thing is good about Kiran Foreign Trade is they celebrate every festival that root us to our culture.

Only good for freshers only if they work for 7 days a week..

Dislikes

... can overrule him ..and no facilities from company even free transport nothing..No salary as per workload no growth ...you will not have any professional development of you are there .
