Some times they delay in releasing expenses and salary without any reasons. At the time of resignation I saw different shade of the company, which I didn't not like at all and felt that in this type of organisation I have worked these many years.

Nothing. No job security. Company run by one person. No medical. Salary not in time. No incentive

I think this is not a PVT company. It's like a lala company. If you want to spoil your career then join this company.

I'm truly impressed with Kip's work environment. Innovation, creativity, respect, and teamwork are the essential components. The management is always available and truly listens to the opinions and concerns of the employees. My manager accepted my ideas and encouraged me to use them to create a theme-based book for my first project in the first year. The work-life balance is truly commendable. The 8 hr workday, flexi schedule, and weekly Saturday Sunday off allow employees to unwind. The Friday parties organised by HR to celebrate every employees birthday make us special.

Have the most unprofessional approach. Except for the head, hardly anyone with any experience within the organisation. They hire people during the beginning of the year and after a few months when the work is done, they let them go. favoritism, personal favours, all you can think are needed to survive. wfh policy is defined but works on whims and fancy of the manager only. she controls the hr. got the old hr changed coz they were not working according to her and got her friends the position!!

Now it's good place for Political peoples. Higher management is not aware with the current situation and I have seen the journey of learnet organisation to worst place working place.
