Dedicated L&D team which gives many avenues for people to enhance their skillsets by providing trainings required to clear industry standards certifications. Very good company culture.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance which is down to a complete work from home model followed by company, at times you are required to stretch for long hours. Complete remote work hence very less opportunities to interact with people in person.

it doesn’t offer Great learning for Project Managers. Also, as it is startup you have to work hard and performance is very Vital for your growth and Job security.
