1. I Didn't like anything while working in this company.. 2. In this company only work is important they don't care about employees and their salary. 3. We need to remind or inform HR team about variable pay then you will get variable pay after 1-2 months. 4. Shift allowances or weekend allowances were also not there.

Only good is salary and job security.

Dislikes

Work life balancer is not available in company, allocated to any project at any time. and working time is also not fixed. Senior teammates and members are not supportive.

It is No increment. So please student don't select or goes this company.they directly from bond of two and half year with the boys. And cheats with students and threatens the bond while dropping the bond paper.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
