The owner is so much cheap person. He hires females just for his selfish motives and want to involve in their personal life. There is not work life balance. Everyone has to behave in their personal space as he wants. Otherwise he will shout on you like a jhopadpatti person does. Not a percent of professionalism and I was fired because I didn’t involve in him and didn’t take his call on a Sunday.

Certain technical equipments and communication with certain employees.

Dislikes

I recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved with King Oranges elearning and technical communications and I can confidently say that it was an absolute nightmare. From arrogant management to unpaid working hours, this company epitomizes everything that is wrong with the e-learning industry. First and foremost, the management at the Company is nothing short of arrogant and condescending. They seem to believe that they are the masters of the universe, and their employees are mere pawns to be manipulated at will. Communication with them is an exercise in frustration. They rarely respond to emails or messages, and when they do, it's usually with a dismissive and patronizing tone. It's as if they have no respect for the hardworking individuals who are trying to make their e-learning platform a success. One of the most egregious issues I encountered during my time with the Company was the problem of unpaid working hours. The company expects its employees to work long hours, often beyond what is stated in their contracts, and yet they conveniently forget to compensate them for their hard work. It's a classic case of exploitation, with management turning a blind eye to the fact that employees have bills to pay and families to support. This blatant disregard for fair compensation is both unethical and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the director of Company is the embodiment of incompetence and indifference. It's astonishing that someone in such a crucial leadership position could display such a lack of vision and leadership. Their inability to address the ongoing issues within the company, coupled with their aloofness towards employee concerns, paints a bleak picture of the company's future. It's abundantly clear that the director is more interested in maintaining their own status and privileges than in ensuring the well-being and success of their employees and the quality of education they provide. Even the most basic amenities, such as fan control and AC settings, are subject to petty politics within the Company. It's mind-boggling how something as trivial as adjusting the office temperature can turn into a power struggle. The director and management team seem more focused on micromanaging these small details than on addressing the company's substantial issues. This obsession with control over inconsequential matters further highlights their ineptitude in managing a professional and productive work environment. It's frustrating to witness such a lack of priorities and a failure to create a conducive atmosphere for meaningful work and collaboration.

At King Oranges they give timelines that are too narrow and consequently tell the employee that he or she cannot meet timelines and that has direct impact on employee appraisals. Moreover, the employer is not at all considerate towards an employee issues.
