Salary not coming on time, travel expenses not giving, 3 months of follow ups they didn't gave travel expenses. GPS track for ASM and RM which is terrible, we are not ground level person whom you track on field. HR policy is very poor, logistics very poor, HO team Not supportive & many more which was dislike

No likes. Fraud company run by Suloja Firodia, Ritesh Mantri and Dmello mam. Better work in tyre puncher shop but not in KGPS Ltd.

No job security, salary comes in 60 days , travel expanses claim comes in 90 days. Bhikari company.

Horrible experience , they have not paid the salary for the month of February till date . And reducing the wages by 35% without consulting with the employees . The higher management is not Qualified and the culture is like a shop culture.And the HR is working for deduction of employees salary for every reason. There is a punching machine but which is faulty allmost all times and the employees have to go to HR to prove that you were present that day otherwise they will deduct your salary. There is no leave policy for new joinee and they treated like animal even if you sick they will deduct your salary no human touch at all .

There is no rule for pricing , the management wants to loot the customer. And management is indifferent whether you get the order or not , They want extra money only.

It is a good company only for freshers. The salary is very poor and overall growth is close to nil. This company is good for learning basics of corporate job only.
