It is a good company only for freshers. The salary is very poor and overall growth is close to nil. This company is good for learning basics of corporate job only.

1.Very low salary 2. No increment 3. Zero innovation

...o many things about corporate and service world under the guidance of seniors. But unfortunately there very horrible Salary growth. It's just okay to initiate the carrier but not for long-term.

Nothing to be liked. Job pressure will be there based on your reporting manager.

No salary on time. Sometimes your last month salary will be credit this month end TADA is the very pathetic. You won't get your claims , even if you submit the proper bills. No promotions No new learnings, your manager also don't know what to do No proper variable pay as per the salary proposal
