It's all about learning opportunity. U can learn as much as. The job environment is extremely good. Good people and most important at end is job satisfaction.

Compensation is average but growth is high. Job pressure is high but it's kind of learning.

Work culture is good. Surrounded by people which make you feel like a family. Working under pressure doesn't happen here. relaxed kind of work culture which makes you work efficiently.

Appraisals are not done on time. There are no performance indicators due to which all get same percentage of increment. Management involves in all sorts of ground level decisions.

Overal planning needs to improve Safety needs to really be for people not for show Finances need to be manged better Supply chain need to be improved Employee growth plan not available. Limited training. Promotions to deserving candidates required and evaluations should not just be as a formality

Gets the feeling of job comfort. They have 3 units, management will shift to other units depending on requirement. There will be job security, as the company will not fire anyone for many reasons.

Dislikes

Personal Growth is almost zero. No trainings, no big projects.
