Appraisals are not done on time. There are no performance indicators due to which all get same percentage of increment. Management involves in all sorts of ground level decisions.

there is nothing much too like to be frank about kineco......

Dislikes

work culture is very bad especially in production department..... Everyday you have to wait beyomd the working hours and still your superiors asking what work you do.... I would never recommend kineco even to my enemy.
