Overall higher/regional management decisions are not proving good for organizational long-term goals and benefits. Recent global restructuring has created ambiguities amongst the employees about organization future and growth. Initially I was happy working for this company but after completing 2 years and taking extra responsibility also they never thought I should get promoted. Also when they got to know that few employees are not happy with this then simply gave dry promotions to almost everyone. There is no value for hard working employees as they are treated equally as hardly working employees.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

its worst place to work because of its managers and Indian Leadership Team. Salary part and other benefit is fantastic. Most of the executives joined quit the job in 1st year only and rest are planning to quit. no work life balance. illogical expectations from managements.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
