Good salary and nice appraisal if you love to work for your manager and say yes to him always.

Dislikes

No work Life balance. You have to work on Saturday and sometime Sunday also. No job security Travel a lot from new delhi to greater noida or Gurgaon or vice versa. Manager also didn't want to solve the problem completely, so their dependency on company will be always present. Lot of politics.

Only positive from the company is that it was a startup when I joined there as a fresher and that experience may be helpful for one's professional career. It prepares you for all kind of scenarios ranging from best to worst.

There are many problems with the company and worst of them being as follows: 1. Working hours: 12+ working hours is very common and this does not apply to Team Leads. 2. Unprofessionalism: Issues are tackled in most terrible ways by pointing fingers at one another. 3. HR policies: HR department is just for name, they tend to favor seniors in all scenarios rather than being professional at the time of disputes. 4. Management: Project management is worst possible because of the Customer Relations department, giving unachievable commitments to the customers and than demanding unrealistic efforts from the actual working teams. 5. The company actually favors contract based employees rather than full-time and thus one maybe employed on full-time role but majority are made to resign within a year or so. 6. Unethical tactics to make someone leave: Changing teams to non-related departments(demotion of a kind) or Pressuring to put more working hours or Asking to come to office regularly on weekends or Giving no increments or even lesser pay. 7. "We considered to fire you but we are giving you last chance" is a common phrase across departments. 8. One may get settled in the company by being a pet-dog of the manager and leads by saying yes to everything and never objecting anything. 9. More of a political party than a corporate company.
