Not at all! They dont even care about you and your family health. They havent discovered the the concept of Work from home yet. Company contiously sending message to join forcefully and not even care about COVID-19.

...sten to the problems. Zero fun! No activities No PF No aminities No soft skill .False commitement regarding salary! Only work and work, no creativity. All team leads and seniors are in frustration and almost everyone search for new job! NO food! lunch break is only last for half and hour! Team lead ia afraid whenever his juniors shows their skills. Overall zero fun its not IT company its should be ITI company. Not suitable to anyone on this planet earth. conclusion : Military like environement with full of torture and mental harassment
