The work culture is absolutely autocratic and negative. The Chairperson insults and humiliated teachers and incharges in front of everybody. Although she is not an educator, yet tried to interfere in each and every aspect of classroom teaching. Only those who work according to her whims and satisfy her ego can continue to work here. There's no work-life balance. A constant sense of fear, insecurity and nervousness pervades among the teachers there. Not a recommended place to work at all!

Likes

Its the best place for the ones who are better in clerical jobs. A person with no teaching quality can join here and also survive here for long. A clerical job caliber person can be a perfect teacher here in this school. A lot of unnecessary documentation work to be done.

Dislikes

Very immature and inefficient management who keeps on experimenting in the school policies from day 1. Actually there is no standard policies so far. Teachers who actually put in efforts are being humiliated in front of everyone. If you want to survive here then you should never think about the betterment of this place. The Chairperson lady is so egoist about her power. She is purely a non-academic person and intervenes in classroom teaching. She is still in the era of 90's when teachers used to write lesson plans and it should be as long as 30+ pages per topic. She scolds and misbehaves teachers so badly in front of whole meeting. No one is here to appreciate your dedication, sincerity, hard work and valuable time you spend here.

Good environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.beautiful campus. Teachers are hard working. Good food. Class ratio is good.

Dislikes

They are not organised. They are confused with every decisions. Management never try to under employees problem. There is a lot of politics. Huge work pressure. Teacher have to forget their personal life and family. Working environment is not there. Teachers are always scared with management. Front of students and parents management insults teachers.

There is no scope of growth. Single handed administration very rough with the teachers it seems they are behaving with porters and not teachers

Single and irrational administration environment is very diplomatic..no scope of growth
